UPDATE: Classes and Other Activities Resume following Brief Power Outage

TEMPLE, Texas (Jan. 24, 2022) – Classes and other campus activities have resumed following a power outage today (Monday, Jan. 24) on the Temple College main campus.

The power outage, which affected all buildings on the main campus in Temple, occurred at approximately 9 a.m. Classes were temporarily postponed until utility crews could assess and fix the issue. The Temple College community was alerted via Leopard Alert as well as via Temple College’s official Twitter and Facebook pages.

At approximately 10 a.m., power was restored to campus and the Temple College community was alerted via the above mentioned channels that classes and other campus activities would resume as scheduled throughout the day.

Members of the Temple College community should be sure to sign up for Leopard Alert with their campus ID on the Leopard Alert website.
