Customer service is key to business success.

Temple College’s Adult Education and Literacy program has scholarships available for training and certification in Customer Service Support (CSS). While this program is open to anyone, the curriculum is ESL Level 3 or higher friendly.

Registration is open now until slots are filled. Select individuals who meet requirements will receive a scholarship that covers 100% of tuition and certification testing fees, upon completion.

Customer service specialists work in a variety of fields and are responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding the businesses for which they work. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and businesses. The skills gained during this certification are essential in any industry that provides customer support.

The courses will be offered through Temple College Adult Education and Literacy. Those who are selected for the program receive additional training in adult basic education contextualized to fit their core field, soft skills and workforce preparation training.
