The Temple College Alumni Association, in conjunction with Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the College’s international honor society, is hosting Spirit Week Oct. 24-29.

Events are planned throughout the week to celebrate Temple College. The week will culminate with the Leopards “Black Out” volleyball match versus Southwestern Christian College at 5 p.m. Thursday.

“This weeklong event is designed to showcase Temple College pride across campus and to continue engaging with our growing Alumni Association,” said Clarissa Martinez, director of the Alumni Association. “We are inviting all members of the Temple College Community – from our campuses in Temple, Hutto and Taylor, and throughout Central Texas and the state – to participate.”

The Temple College Alumni Association offers membership to anyone who has graduated from Temple College, anyone who has taken a credit or non-credit class, or anyone who is simply a friend or fan of Temple College.

“The Temple College Community is a growing community. Events like this that give us the opportunity to gather together are exciting,” said Ebony Gebrehawariat, PTK president. “PTK is happy to collaborate with the Alumni Association and community partners to celebrate Temple College – and, of course, to cheer on our Leopards.”
