Temple College’s Division of Fine Arts presents the Benoit Musical Theatre Symposium at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the College’s Mary Alice Marshall Performing Arts Center.
Musical theatre students will showcase their talents following an intensive, weeklong educational and performance journey that featured lessons in song analysis, character analysis, vocal technique, dance, audition prep, ensemble work and scene study.
During the week, students learned from musical theatre instructors, including guest faculty Christa Oliver, assistant professor of dance at Texas State University, and Kevin Michael Murphy, vocal instructor, writer and performer from NYU (Steinhardt).
