Job Description
Assist with basic clerical duties such as answering phones, copying, data entry, taking accurate messages, and filing; computer usage, running errands, delivering messages, greeting students, faculty, and the public. Assist with checking students in and out, schedule appointments, checking IDs, and answer general questions. Preform other duties as assigned and provide overall support of the department.
Required Skills
Must be dependable and punctual. Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), comfortable working with general public, strong customer service skills and general knowledge of Business and Career Professions programs. Individual must be capable of following a list of duties with minor supervision.
